• ¼ cup raspberry preserves

• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

• 2 teaspoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

• ¼ cup water

• 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat until the raspberry preserves are dissolved. Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over your chosen protein and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill or bake and use any excess glaze to baste while cooking. Enjoy!

Makes ½ cup.

ASIAN-INSPIRED MARINADE

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together until well-blended. Use to marinate 1 pound of tofu, tempeh, seitan, or vegetables. Store any unused marinade in the refrigerator for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
